House Rules

This is not a party house. It is only a space for airline professionals.

Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.

No eating in rooms to avoid bugs.

You may have to use a caddy for bathroom use.

You are responsible for cleaning linens.

Wipe down counters and table tops.

Do not leave your clothes, shoes, bags, or other personal belongings in the living room or shared spaces.

If the trash is full, please take it out (Tuesdays and Fridays).

If you have long hair, please clean the shower drain.

If you pee on the seat, please clean it up.

Smoking is allowed only outside. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Pets are not allowed in the house.

Quiet Time is 9:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

Label your food and other items in the refrigerator or cabinets.

Everyone is expected to empty the dishwasher from time to time.

When using the washer/dryer, remove your clothes as soon as they are finished. (If left in the washer/dryer, it’s okay for them to be set aside for the next user.)

You are responsible for your personal belongings. Keep them locked away.

Never share the code to your keypad or the main door.

Prompt payment is always expected, and penalties may apply for late payment.

Do not give your door code to anyone.

No overnight guests.

Be considerate during TV time – volume and sharing.

Turn off AC/Heat and electronics when leaving.

Please be considerate of others at all times.
