JETRESTHOUSTON TEMPORARY ROOM RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. Temporary Rental Agreement Term
This Agreement begins on the check-in date listed above and continues based on the payment option selected, either weekly or monthly, until ended by either party with thirty (30) days’ written notice. This Agreement grants the Renter permission to occupy an assigned room at JetRestHouston and is not intended to create a traditional long-term lease.
2. Rent
Renter agrees to pay rent according to the room and payment option selected on this form.
Rooms 1–3 – Standard Rooms: $190/week or $600/month.
Room 4 – Master Bedroom: $225/week or $700/month.
Rooms 5–8 – Standard Rooms: $190/week. A promotional monthly rate of $500/month applies from September 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, the monthly rent will be $600/month.
Room 9 – Master Bedroom: $225/week. A promotional monthly rate of $600/month applies from September 1, 2026 through December 31, 2026. Beginning January 1, 2027, the monthly rent will be $700/month.
The promotional monthly rates for Rooms 5–9 automatically expire on December 31, 2026. Renters who remain in the room on or after January 1, 2027, will be responsible for the regular monthly rate listed above.
The $150 Room Reservation Payment will be credited toward the Renter’s first rent payment. The remaining balance will be due at check-in.
Rent is due on the same day of each week or month that corresponds with the renter’s check-in date.
Rent payments shall be made via Zelle at jetresthouston@gmail.com.
A $25 daily late fee will be applied if rent is not received on the due date.
3. Room Reservation Payment
Renter agrees to pay a $150 Room Reservation Payment after JetRestHouston confirms room availability. The $150 payment secures the Renter’s confirmed room and check-in date. If the Renter checks in as agreed, the full $150 will be credited toward the Renter’s first rent payment.
This payment is not a security deposit or administrative fee. If the Renter cancels the reservation or fails to check in as agreed, the $150 Room Reservation Payment is non-refundable, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The remaining balance for the Renter’s first rent payment is due on or before check-in. Access to the house and assigned room will not be provided until the remaining balance is paid.
4. Utilities
All utilities are included in the rent.
5. Use of Property
The property shall be used solely as a crash pad for residential purposes by the Renter and shall not be used for any unlawful purpose.
6. House Rules and Quiet Enjoyment
Renter agrees to follow all house rules (detailed in the House Rules section), which include maintaining a respectful, clean, and cooperative environment. Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
7. Maintenance and Repairs
Renter shall notify JetRestHouston promptly of any needed repairs. JetRestHouston shall be responsible for maintaining the property in good condition.
8. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days’ written notice.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements, oral or written.
Note: Continued stay requires full, on-time payment as outlined in this Agreement. Failure to pay rent or repeated violations of house rules may result in termination of this Agreement and loss of access to the property, as permitted by law.
