JETRESTHOUSTON TEMPORARY ROOM RENTAL AGREEMENT

1. Temporary Rental Agreement Term
This Agreement begins on the check-in date listed above and continues based on the payment option selected, either weekly or monthly, until ended by either party with thirty (30) days’ written notice. This Agreement grants the Renter permission to occupy an assigned room at JetRestHouston and is not intended to create a traditional long-term lease.
2. Rent
Renter agrees to pay rent according to the room and payment option selected on this form.
Weekly rent is $190/week for a standard room or $250/week for the master room.
Monthly rent is $600/month for a standard room or $850/month for the master room.
Rent is due on the same day of each week or month that corresponds with the renter’s check-in date.
Rent payments shall be made via Zelle at jetresthouston@gmail.com.
A $25 daily late fee will be applied if rent is not received on the due date.
3. Non-Refundable Room Reservation & Administrative Fee
Renter agrees to pay a $150 non-refundable room reservation and administrative fee to secure the confirmed room. This fee is not a security deposit, will not be held for damages, and will not be returned at the end of the stay.
The full rental balance is due on or before check-in. Access to the house and assigned room will not be provided until the full balance is paid.
4. Utilities
All utilities are included in the rent.
5. Use of Property
The property shall be used solely as a crash pad for residential purposes by the Renter and shall not be used for any unlawful purpose.
6. House Rules and Quiet Enjoyment
Renter agrees to follow all house rules (detailed in the House Rules section), which include maintaining a respectful, clean, and cooperative environment. Quiet hours are from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
7. Maintenance and Repairs
Renter shall notify JetRestHouston promptly of any needed repairs. JetRestHouston shall be responsible for maintaining the property in good condition.
8. Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days’ written notice.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements, oral or written.
Note: Continued stay requires full, on-time payment as outlined in this Agreement. Failure to pay rent or repeated violations of house rules may result in termination of this Agreement and loss of access to the property, as permitted by law. The non-refundable room reservation and administrative fee will not be returned.
