House Rules

This is not a party house. This is a shared living space for airline professionals. All residents are expected to be respectful, clean, and considerate of others at all times.

  • Cleanliness and Shared Spaces

  • Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink.

  • No eating in the rooms to help avoid bugs.

  • You may need to use a caddy for bathroom items.

  • You are responsible for cleaning your own linens.

  • Wipe down counters and tabletops after use.

  • Do not leave clothes, shoes, bags, or other personal belongings in the living room or shared spaces.

  • Label your food and other items in the refrigerator or cabinets.

  • Everyone is expected to empty the dishwasher from time to time.

  • If you have long hair, please clean the shower drain after use.

  • If you pee on the toilet seat, please clean it up.

  • Trash

  • If the trash is full, please take it out. Trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays.

  • The resident who fills the kitchen trash is responsible for taking it to the outside trash can.

  • Laundry

  • When using the washer or dryer, please remove your clothes as soon as they are finished. If clothes are left in the washer or dryer, they may be set aside for the next user.

  • Safety and Security

  • You are responsible for your personal belongings. Please keep them locked away.

  • Never share the code to your keypad or the main door.

  • Do not give your door code to anyone.

  • Turn off AC/heat and electronics when leaving.

  • Guests, Smoking, and Pets

  • No overnight guests.

  • Smoking is allowed outside only. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

  • Pets are not allowed in the house.

  • Quiet Time and Shared Courtesy

  • Quiet time is from 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

  • Be considerate during TV time by keeping the volume reasonable and sharing the space.

  • Please be considerate of others at all times.

  • Payment

  • Prompt payment is always expected, and penalties may apply for late payment.

  • Golden Rule

  • Treat others the way you want to be treated.
